It is realized at all known life organizational levels beginning from the molecular (protheins, aminoacids, DNA, mediators, enzymes asymmetry), cellular, organ (first of all - brain hemispheres, then lungs, skeletal muscles, kidneys, salivary glands, neuro-endocrine organs, and others) to organismic (Protozoas, Nematodas, Reptiles, Amphibias, Mammals, Human Being, some flowers et al.) one. But there are little data dealing with blood asymmetry (immunity, leucocyte particularly neutrophils, intact and activated platelets). Erythrocytes acquire the ability to have their asymmetrical shape during erythropoiesis. This phenomenon is tightly regulated by different substances (ATP, calcium, magnesium, hydrogen protons etc.). It has been proved erythrocyte membranes biochemical asymmetry existence. One can find little facts about velocity sedimentation rate, hemoglobin concentration, blood group agglutinogenes asymmetry. This index is a rather stable index in healthy people..IM characterizes time endogenous organization as well as | the organism adaptation abilities. People with high abilities to adaptation have IM more than the minute of physical time and equal to 62,9-69,7 sec, while it is less than 1 min and equals to 47,0-46,2 sec in the people with low abilities to adaptation. IM possesses cyrcaseptal rhythm - its value is maximal on Tuesday and Wednesday and is minimal on Friday and Satur-|day. IM value helps also in testifying to the development of fatigue, dyschronosis, psycho-emotional ten-sion. He has stated that the pycnic is tended to maniacal-depressive psychosis, athletic - to epilepsy, asthenic - to schizophrenia. He also has differentiated three main human biotypes: viscerotonics (pycnics), somatotonics (athletics) and cerebro tonics (asthenics). U.Sheldon (1940) has differentiated ectomorphic (similar to asthenic), mesomorphic (to athletic) and endomorphic (to picnic) somatotypes. Rostan (1824) and Sigo (1914) were talking about digestive constitution type, muscular and cerebral one. Later they were related to picnic, athletic and as thenic types correspondingly. Character accentuations types (K.Leongard, A.Lichko) are known all over the world and are widely used by psychologists, psychiatrists and physiologists in part. Hypertymic type is tended to manias; dystymic - depressions; cycloid - maniac-depressive states; stucking - to phobias, neuroses (of persistent states in part); pedantic type - some schizophrenia types; demonstrative one - to hystery. Sexual shade (so-called gender aspect) relates to diseases as well. Girls are more instilled, undergone to hypnosis, conformism. Such disorders as dyslexy and dysgraphy are present in boys more often. M.; Ткаченко, Олена ВікторівнаWe have performed our investigations in UMSA students of all courses both of medical and dental faculties from Iran (54), Syria (13), Palestine (18), Iraq (18), Sudan (18). There were 80 left-handers and 46 right-handers among them. Pain threshold was the lowest in the Iranians, then follow the students from Sudan, the Syrians, the students from Iraq, the Palestinians. Independently on the country left-handers possessed less pain threshold than the right-handers and this difference was maximally valuable in the Iranians. Also the left-handers had less pain threshold on their face left half while the dexters - on the right ones. This difference was maximally valuable in the students from Iraq. We do hope that given data can help in stress assessment in students from different countries (because pain can be considered as a stress marker), in their better adaptation to new life conditions, new mental and physical regimens.Документ Personal anxiety determining prospects in dentistry(КГМУ им С. We propose using a test of a personal anxiety of Spilberger for this on the base of our results received. This test demonstrated valuable differences in dental department Iranian, Arabic and Ukrainian students before modules (exams) passage and during them with indexes increase at modules or exams passage (bigger difference was observed during session because of bigger material preparing for several exams than for one module). The maximal anxiety has been demonstrated by the Ukrainians, the middle one - in the Arabics and the minimal one - in the Iranians at all courses. The investigated group was 75 students (equally from 3 regions). Also this test showed statistically significant differencies in the Poltava Regional Hospital 25 patients before and during anesthesia performance.
