V.; Петришин, Олександр ВолодимировичThe aimis to investigate if the overweight (OW) and obesity (OB) impact on the quality of life (QOL) of children with bronchial asthma (BA). Materials and methods: The study included 73 children aged 7 – 17, with moderate BA. Depending on the body mass index, patients were divided into the three clinical groups: normal body weight (NW) – 30 children, OW – 28 children and OB – 15 children. QOL was conducted by the Pediatric Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire (PAQLQ). The statistical processing was carried out using the IBM SPSS Statistics Base (version 22) and EZR version 1.32. Results were considered statistically significant when p<0.05. Results: Children with BA and OB had statistically lower QOL than children with BA and NW in all PAQLQ domains. The Kruskal-Wallis H-test revealed a statistically significant difference between the different weight groups of children with BA both for the general QOL: H(2) = 37.51, p<0.001and for each rating scale separately. Pairwise comparisons using Steel-Dwass test indicated that scores of NW were observed to be significantly different from those of OW and OB for rating Activity and Symptoms scales (p<0.001). Conclusion: Comorbid OW and OB reduce the specific QOL of children with BA. To make a preliminary diagnosis, it is advisable to use different methods of imaging, such as: ultrasound, MRI, radiography. Radiological diagnosis of soft tissue tumors should be based on the integrated use of radiological and ultrasound methods with mandatory consideration of clinical and anamnestic data such as patient age, topographic location of the tumor and its growth rate. Although ultrasound and MRI do not allow to completely differentiate the tumor, but they help to choose the right tactics of the patient. Materials and Methods: The material for analysis was the results of a survey of students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Physical Culture of Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A. S. Makarenko held during 2020-2023. Students of the 1st-4th courses of the 017 «Physical Culture and Sports» and 227 «Therapy and Rehabilitation» specialties took part in the comparative cross-sectional study. The experiment consisted of two stages. 412 students took part in the first stage and 395 students took part in the second. The first stage of the survey was conducted before starting the study of disciplines, the subject of research of which is directly or indirectly related to health, and the second was conducted after the completion of the study of these disciplines. Research methods: theoretical, empirical, methods of statistical data processing. Results: The results of the study indicate the presence of significant interest of students in the problem of health and a healthy lifestyle. If before the start of the experiment the number of students who were interested in health problems was 55.09%, then after the experiment their number increased to 78.48% (p<0.01). Based on analysing the psychological and pedagogical literature, 4 structural elements of student youth's physical and health-enhancing educational activity have been designated following distance learning processes: reflexive-subjective, target, motivational, as well as activity-creative elements. Based on the data obtained, the motivational element indicates the motives system prompting them to physical education (PE) and makes the necessary for such classes in circumstances of remote education over the course of quarantine. The target element indicates goal setting, its details, and tasks intended to master the system of physical culture and health-enhancing knowledge, abilities, and skills. The activity-creative element reveals the system of skills as a collection of techniques to carry out physical activities at home, applying digital didactic materials. Hippotherapy is neurophysiologically oriented therapy using horses. Determine whether a combination of hippotherapy as a method of rehabilitation in the aftermath of outpatient comprehensive impact on MS on a stationary phase; Study of the effect of hippotherapy as securing and preparation method for learning new postures and movements in children with spastic cerebral palsy forms; The study of the possible optimization of psychophysical state, activation motivations of patients; Determination of the optimal timing of hippotherapy sessions, the number of procedures, the study of possible fatigue factor children. HT classes were conducted at the Ippotsentra "Wind of Change" in the period 2010-2013 the main group of children surveyed (36 people) with spastic forms of cerebral palsy. HT procedure took place twice a day - morning and evening - 30 minutes during 10-12 days. Thus, the proposed integration of the HT program of complex effects on muscle spirals children with spastic cerebral palsy forms is physiologically and anthropologically based on 4-5 day training children adequately transferred the full amount of lessons learned new postures and movements, HT does not cause complications in the somatic and psycho-emotional state of the children, HT enables sensorimotor and psychomotor effects, save and normalize muscle tone for a longer period (up to three months), compared with traditional methods of physiotherapy. Materials and methods: This experimental analysis is based on systematic research, published peer-reviewed articles, books, textbooks, monographs. It should also be noted that in order to identify some immunocompetent lymph node cells and the ability to visualize certain sites in the lymphoid nodes of Peyer’s patches, where the initial processes are presented below, we resorted to sampling anatomical material. The study involved 10 adult albino rats weighing 200.0 ± 20.0 g. The search period covered the period from 2010 to 2021, but the experimental analysis contains some valuable data from previous years, as these literature sources have significant scientific value. Results: According to immunohistochemical analysis of the epithelium associated with the dome of the lymph nodes of the small intestine of white rats, the bulk was B-lymphocytes (about 47%) and T-lymphocytes (about 35%), while plasma cells, macrophages and dendritic cells accounted for approximately 5% for each of them. Conclusions:Рrocess of development of viral infection can be represented in the form of the following targeted steps: 1) massive invasion of viruses into the body; 2) the pathway of viruses to the intended target (target cells) is carried out by the blood flow; 3) аchieving the target by viruses and their penetration into target cells. The aim of the study is to develop an experimental methodology for the development of leadership competence of future teachers of physical education. Experimental verification ofthe methodology for the development of leadership competence of future physical education teachers was carried out using a pedagogical experiment during of 2021–2022 academic year. We selected to participate in the experiment 125 students in Poltava V.G.Korolenko National Pedagogical University and teachers University of Ukoopspilks «Poltava University of Economics and Trade», Poltava State Medical University. Research methods: theoretical; empirical; research work to test the effectiveness of methods for developing leadership competence of future teachers of physical education; methods of statistical data processing. The purpose of the work is to develop a methodology for using fitness aerobics in physical education classes in physical education classes for high school girls. The study was conducted on the basis of Kharkov Specialized School No 33. The study involved 25 students in grades 10–11. Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodical literature; pedagogical observation; pedagogical experiment; pedagogical testing; methods of mathematical statistics. The method of using fitness aerobics in the physical education classes of high school girls was theoretically substantiated and developed. Improved the content of the planned independent fitness classes, which were used as an additional reserve of motivation and increase weekly physical activity. The data on the use of fitness aerobics to increase the level of physical fitness of high school students and motivation for physical education have been supplemented. The results of the experiment that in comparison with the data at the beginning of the students’ motivation to attend physical education classes had changed. Before the introduction of pedagogical technology, the vast majority of students attended physical education classes to get a positive assessment, then, at the end of the formative experiment, the students went to physical education classes because they liked the style of the lessons and in order to improve their health and level of physical fitness.Документ Fitness Technologies in the System of Physical Qualities Development by Young Students(Journal of Physical Education and Sport, 2020) Zhamardiy, Valery; Shkola, Olena; Tolchieva, Hanna; Saienko, Volodymyr; Жамардій, Валерій ОлександровичThe article present in Ukraine and in recent years, there has been a decrease in the level of general physical preparedness of students, which is essentially due to the low initial level of physical preparedness of university entrants and the reduction of study hours for physical education. All students by the method of equal group distribution. The students took classes according to the traditional system, which concentartes on the development of only those physical qualities that are necessary for the successful assimilation of motor activity techniques. Students were engaged in the methodical system. The analysis of indicators dynamics of physical qualities development by students who participated in pedagogical experiment showed low initial level in all experimental groups. Students of control groups who were engaged in the traditional physical education system improved the test performance during the entire period of study, however among men four tests were rated "unsatisfactory", women received six "unsatisfactory" grades. Students from experimental groups, where a methodical system was introduced, were able to show significantly better test performance indicators. In general, the results of the conducted pedagogical molding experiment allow us to state that the introduction of methodical system promotes activation of educational activity, increases motor activity, physical fitness, physical development, formation of motivation to systematic training by means of modern innovative fitness technologies and to adhere to a healthy lifestyle. The study experimentally testedthe effectiveness of the formation of project competence of future specialists in the field of physical therapy, physical education and sports in the system of higher education. The experimental workswerecarried out during 2019–2021 in three stages: ascertaining, forming and control. Each of the identified stages involved solving the relevant tasks and identifying the necessary research methods. Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodical literature; pedagogical observation; pedagogical experiment; pedagogical testing; methods of mathematical statistics. Materials and Methods: The research was conducted during 2022-2023 of the Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, Municipal Establishment «Kharkiv Humanitarian Pedagogical Academy» of Kharkiv Regional Council, Poltava State Medical University. There were 320 respondents involved in the experimental work majors 014 «Secondary Education (Physical Culture)», 017 «Physical Culture and Sports» and 227 «Therapy and Rehabilitation». Research methods: theoretical, empirical, methods of statistical data processing. Results: Education of students' social activity is carried out not only during studies, but also in extracurricular, leisure activities. Educational hours, beauty and health festivals, flash mobs and social projects have been introduced by group advisors in higher education institutions: «My value orientations», «Olympic week», «I am for a healthy lifestyle», «Believe in yourself» festival, «Beauty and health», «Respect by action» training, holding student and student leagues «JuniorS Games» and others. Conclusions: With the help of Google Forms, we determined the motives and interests in various types of physical activity and sports, the attitude of student youth to the organization of the educational process on various online platforms using various social networks.
