Значення загальних компетентностей подальшій професійній діяльності для здобувачів спеціальності "Медична психологія" та методологія їх розвитку під час вивчення фізіології

Abstract

Пріоритетом у розвитку медичної освіти України є модернізація державно-суспільної системи і загального управління якістю освіти, оновлення її змісту, форм і методів організації освітнього процесу, досягнення Україною рівня розвинених країн світу в аспекті професійної підготовки та інтеграції в міжнародний науковоосвітній простір. Зазначене вимагає значної модернізації та вдосконалення освітнього процесу, реалізації компетентнісного підходу та особистісно орієнтованої освітньої парадигми. Розвиток загальних компетентностей у здобувачів освіти спеціальності "Медична психологія" є важливим завданням для формування всебічно розвинених фахівців, здатних ефективно працювати в медичній сфері.

A characteristic feature of modern society is its anthropocentric orientation, according to which the most important indicator of progress is the individual development of the personality: its abilities, thinking, satisfaction of cognitive requests and needs, ensuring rights and freedoms, etc. It also causes a sharp increase in the amount of information that needs to be realized, assimilated, processed in consciousness, and used in practice. At the same time, a large amount of information - ideas, theories, technologies - is rapidly changing, transforming, becoming obsolete. In this regard, the amount of knowledge acquired during training becomes too small after 3-5 years of professional activity. In most modern science-intensive industries, it is with such frequency that a radical renewal of professional knowledge occurs, competitive large enterprises require constant implementation of new implementations and methodological development and thus require constant readiness of applicants for professional changes and growth of general educational and technical levels. So, objectively, there is a need for comprehensive harmonious development of all people involved in production. Therefore, future specialists should be set on constant updating of their knowledge, professional skills and abilities, enrichment of experience of cognitive and practical activity, which is supported by appropriate value orientations. Thus, the process of professional training in relevant educational institutions should, first of all, be aimed at forming readiness for such activity, which is based on the individual's need for learning and improvement throughout life.
