At the planning and operative intervention stages, we used the results of biomechanical and morphological studies with individual analysis of each individual patient. Purpose of the study. Improvement of techniques of cosmetic otoplasty taking into account the parameters of stretching and relaxation of skin-fat flaps. Materials and methods. The subject of the study were 30 patients with loparacia, he underwent cosmetic otoplasty taking into account biomechanical and morphological studies. Taking into account the results of biomechanical studies, the formation of the angle and the boundaries of the tension of the skin-fat flaps were obtained in the following values: in the upper and lower parts of the cartilage was formed at an angle of 6-7°, in the central - 19-20°. Thus, based on biomechanical and morphological studies, we have justified the optimal technique of cosmetic otoplasty, which provides surgical interventions with preservation of natural topografical and anatomical tissue relationships.
