Анотація
У статті окреслюються шляхи та передумови формування адаптації студентів-першокурсників до навчання у закладах вищої освіти з урахуванням спрямування сучасної педагогіки на особистісно-орієнтований підхід до кожного суб’єкта навчального процесу. На підставі дослідження та аналізу особливостей процесу адаптації студентів-першокурсників до навчання у закладах вищої освіти обґрунтовується інтеграційна сутність вищевказаного процесу.
The paper outlines the ways and prerequisites for forming the adaptation of the first-year students to studying at higher education institutions, taking into account the focus of contemporary pedagogy on a person-centered approach to each subject of the learning process. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of the adaptation process of the first-year students to the educational environment of the chosen higher education institution largely depends on the ability of the faculty staff to ensure its self-discipline, manageability and systematicity based on emotional interaction and ensuring psychological comfort for all partners. The paper provides the proposed interpretations of the essence of the adaptation process in general and the adaptation of students to the specifics of learning at higher education institutions in particular, as suggested by modern science. The properties of the identified forms of adaptation are discussed: formal, social, didactic, professional, social-psychological. It is determined that all the mentioned forms of adaptation share a common orientation towards the efficient and effective progression of the adaptation process for young learners to the new learning conditions at higher education institutions. The process of initial emergence, maturation and establishment of comprehensive stable adaptation of the first-year students to studying at higher education institutions is ensured through the interconnection, interpenetration and mutual complementarity of all the characteristics and influences inherent in the considered types of adaptation. Based on the study and analysis of the peculiarities of the adaptation process of the first-year students to education at higher educational institutions, the integrative essence of the aforementioned process is justified, and the indisputable condition for the formation of a comprehensive adaptation of the subjects of the educational process is determined by the organization, coordination and integration of all possible aspects through the generation of a unified structured system of pedagogical influences.
