Коррекция метаболических нарушений у больных с первичной открытоугольной глаукомой

Abstract

In work it is presented a supervision of 45 patients with primary openangle glaucoma with progressing of glaucomatosis process on a background usage of local hypotension therapy. As patogenetic directed the solution of Korvitin intravenously has been applied. Carrying out of the given treatment has given a positive effect consisting in decrease of intraocular pressure, increase of visual functions and normalization of parameters peroxidation, endotelin-1, nitric oxide. Positive influence was kept during 4 - 5 months from the moment of introduction and even at deterioration of parameters in more later terms they in the end of term of supervision (1 year) were kept on positive figures
