Клінічна кафедра сьогодні: проблеми і можливі шляхи розвʼязання

Abstract

Висвітлено проблеми клінічних кафедр, пов’язані зі специфікою навчальних планів, взаємозв’язків із клінічними базами. Наголошено на необхідності створення університетських клінік, де кафедри самостійно вирішуватимуть питання, пов’язані з організацією лікувально-діагностичного процесу, у тому числі госпіталізації «тематичних » хворих і тривалості їх перебування в стаціонарі, що дало б змогу забезпечити навчальний процес демонстрацією таких пацієнтів і гармонійно поєднати педагогічний і лікувальний процеси в умовах клініки.In the article, the authors tried to describe the problems of the clinical departments that are related to the specifics of the curriculum, interconnections with clinical bases. We drew attention to the need for university clinics, where departments can independently resolve issues related to the organization of the medical and diagnostic process, including hospitalization of “thematic” patients and the length of their hospital stay, which will make it possible to provide the educational process with a demonstration of such patients, and harmoniously combine educational and therapeutic practice in a clinical setting.
