Sleep disorders in PD are represented by different diseases, but they have in common the worsening of sleep quality, which has a direct impact on the functional activity of patients. It is known that motor subtypes differ in the severity of non-motor symptoms. For example, the postural instability/gait difficulty (PIGD) subtype is predisposed to more severe sleep disturbances and fatigue. Therefore, the objective of this study was to assess the differences in sleep quality between different motor subtypes of PD.
