Влияние препарата «Вермилат» на заживление гнойных ран у крыс линии WISTAR

Abstract

The goal of that investigation was to study the influence of the preparation "Vermilat" on the healing of purulent wounds by the experiment upon 24 rats of the line Wistar. The preparation proved to have a considerable regenerative effect on experimental rats: the decrease of the wounds surface square was 2,9% per day; as soon as it was 1,7% in the control group. As the result, the treatment with the "Vermilat" was that the term of the infection wounds healing was 4 days shorter than in the control group. The decreasing of terms of the bacterium pollution for 2 days was obtained in the experimental group. It was interesting the elimination of virulent and resistant to antibiotics clones from the population of the Staphylococcus aureus F 49. Receiving data allows to recommend the application of the "Vermilat" for the purulent wounds treatment in the clinic.
