Hypertension affects nearly 18 mln of the Indians yearly with prevalence 22,6% of the population. The authors analyzed modern literature on cardiovascular peculiarities in the Indians in norm and the factors contributing in pathological conditions patterns. Materials and methods comprised scientific literary sources for 2019-2025 on the topic.
