To undergo on-the-job training in Ukraine or abroad is organized with the aim to develop and consolidate practically professional competence acquired during theoretical training in order to carry out tasks and duties on the established post, to master domestic and foreign experience, to develop personal qualities with the purpose to fulfill professional tasks on a new, higher and more qualitative level in the field of the profession.
