The results of examination of patients of Mashevskiy, Karlovskiy districts of the Poltava region and city of Poltava are represented in the article, on the study of prevalence of basic stomatologic diseases depending on the ABO blood groups and region of residence of the examined patients. It has been found out, that most predisposition to affects of caries is observed in representatives of blood type A(ll), and patients with a blood type 0(l) and B(lll) have a tendency to periodontal diseases.
