Considering the form and frequency of the markers, our results show that specification (when authors expend the content of some utterance or notion, synonyms, paraphrasing, and author’s explanations seem to be the most widely used. The analysis of the text corpus enables to find out that English authors usually reformulate to add more information to the concept.
