На жаль, часта гіподіагностика ХОЗЛ, недоцільне тривале призначення антибактеріальної терапії, несвоєчасне призначення бронходилятаторів про-лонгованої дії та респіраторних кортикостероїдів, нехтування респіраторною гімнастикою призводять до збільшення випадків ускладнення перебігу ХОЗЛ. Причому ці ускладнення виникають з віком на тлі серцево-судинної патології. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has significant medical, social and economic significance, and remains one of the widespread causes of morbidity, disability and mortality, not only in Ukraine but throughout the world. Unfortunately, frequent underdiagnosis of COPD, inappropriate long-term appointment of antibacterial therapy, untimely appointment of long-acting bronchodilators and respiratory corticosteroids, neglect of respiratory gymnastics lead to an increase in cases of complications of COPD. Moreover, these complications arise with age against the background of cardiovascular pathology. All the challenges of today: radical political and economic changes, hostilities, the threat of terrorist activity, a global pandemic, lead to an extraordinary psycho-emotional burden on the population, therefore it is difficult to overestimate the relevance of the development of anxiety or depressive disorders in patients with COPD, which is a trigger for development and progression not only pulmonary and cardiovascular pathology.ukArticle10.37321/immunology.2022.3-4-06
