Peculiarities of his professional training in the conditions of master’s degree of higher educational institution are considered. The authors analyzes the uniquenesses of the content disciplines in education management, and also emphasizing the interconnectedness and interdependence of them actually administrative and pedagogical component, a nd other important factors for training manager as well.
