Kydon [et al.] // Azerbaijan Medical Journal. – 2024. – № 2. – P. 117–124.0005-2523https://repository.pdmu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/24299The article presents an analysis of the effectiveness of a comprehensive psychocorrection system applied to patients undergoing reconstructive surgery for cranial and cervical defects and deformities, focusing on the resulting psychosocial maladaptation, clinical psychopathological changes, and parapsychological alterations. The study involved 118 patients with defects and deformities of the head and neck. To achieve the goals and objectives of this study, the following methods were used: information-analytical, clinical-anamnestic, clinical-psychopathological, psychodiagnostic, psychometric and statistical methods of mathematical processing of the results. Based on the results of our survey, both general personality traits and stereotypical response mechanisms, as well as certain differences between the examined patients, were identified. Using the data of a comprehensive examination, a program of psychotherapeutic correction was developed, taking into account the individual and group characteristics of patients. The main principles of building a system of psychotherapy for patients with defects and deformities of the head and neck, who undergo a course of reconstructive operations, should be the systemic influence and phasing of psychotherapeutic measures, complexity, the use of several methods of psychotherapy. Наведено аналіз ефективності застосування системи комплексної психокорекції психосоціальної дезадаптації, клініко-психопатологічних та патопсихологічних особливостей пацієнтів з дефектами та деформаціями голови та шиї, які проходять курс реконструктивних операцій. В основу даного дослідження покладено індивідуально-психологічні особливості осіб з дефектами та деформаціями голови та шиї, дослідження їх психологічних особливостей, проявів дезадаптації та соціального функціонування. Діагностовано невротичні, пов'язані зі стресом розлади, особливості яких покладено основою розробленої системи психокорекції. Встановлено, що для пацієнтів з дефектами та деформаціями голови та шиї, які проходять курс реконструктивних операцій повинні бути системність впливу та етапність психотерапевтичних заходів, комплексність, використання кількох методик психотерапії, диференційований підбір методик залежно від клініко-психопатологічних та психоанамнестичних особливостей пацієнта, а також особливостей ушкодження, кількості оперативних втручань, особистісного реагування, а також максимальна індивідуалізація психотерапевтичного впливу.enanxietydepressionstress-related disorderspsychosocial maladjustmenthead defects and deformationspsychocorrectionтривогадепресіястрес-асоційовані розладипсихосоціальна дезадаптаціядефекти та деформації головипсихокорекціяArticle
