Пункційно-дренуючі санації (ПДС) виконані всім хворим. У 61,70% хворих ПДС під контролем УЗД виявилась одномоментно – остатоточною. Етапні ПДС потребували 10,64% хворих. 27,66% хворим після ПДС під контролем УЗД виконана відкрита некрсеквестректомія. Розроблена шкала оцінки ефективності пункційно-дренуючих санацій під контролем УЗД. Застосування динамічної оцінки ефективності ПДС при ОРС у хворих на ТГП сприяє покращенню результатів лікування. Ефективність ПДС залежить від терміну захворювання, ступеню розповсюдження інфільтрату, наявності секвестральних мас та інфікування ОРС;The results of treatment of 47 patients with separate fluid collections in time of severe acute pancreatitis were analyzed. Puncture–draining sanations of separate fluid collections under ultrasonographic control were applied in all patient. In 61,70% patients puncture–draining sanations under ultrasonographic control were final at the treatment. 10,64% patients needed stage puncture–draining sanations. In 27,66% patients after puncture–draining sanations under ultrasonographic control was applied open necrsequestrectomy. The scale evaluation of efficiency of the puncture–draining sanations under ultrasonographic control has been developed. Applying of the dynamic assessment of efficiency of puncture–draining sanations under ultrasonographic control in time of separate fluid collections in patients with severe acute pancreatitis promotes the improvement of the treatment.
