Methods: T1_R4 Asp299Gly gene polymorphisms were determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using specific primers followed by oligonucleotide restriction i analysis. 299 healthy inhabitants of Poltava region of Ukraine and 156 patients with urogenital infections including Chlamydiosis (n=16). Ureaplasmosis (n=102). Mycoplasmosis (n=4). Gardnerellosis (n=9). Trichomoniasis (n=2). and having multiple urogenital infections (n^23) all diagnosed by PCR. were assessed for TLR4 gene polymorphisms.enComparison of the Prevalence of Polymorphisms of TLR4 Asp299Gly in Patients with Bacterial Sexually Transmitted Diseases Versus the General Population in UkraineThesis
