| Abstract: | 41 patients suffered from type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with diabetic nephropathy and sexual dysfunction were examined. Control group (13 patients) has obtained traditional treatment, other group (28 patients) has obtained phensuccinal (as suger reduced treatment) 60 mg daily during 3 months. Phensuccinal using makes it possible to support good glycemic control, to reduce peroxidation and, as a result, to reduce the diabetic nephropathy progression and to improve sexual function. |
