| Abstract: | Антисептичні властивості ендодонтичних матеріалів можуть бути корисні для здійснення мікробного контролю в системі кореневих каналів. Метою даного дослідження було визначення ефективності антимікробної дії цитратного буферу в поєднанні з антибіотиком «Амоксиклав» по відношенню до стандартних референтних штамів мікроорганізмів. Запропонована комбінація цитратний буферу з препаратом «Амоксиклав» значно підвищила антимікробну ефективність окремих її компонентів проти всіх штамів мікроорганізмів. The antiseptic properties of endodontic materials can be useful for microbial control in the root canal system. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the antimicrobial effect of the citrate buffer in combination with the antibiotic "Amoxiclav" in relation to standard reference strains of microorganisms. The proposed combination of citrate buffer with "Amoxiclav" significantly increased the antimicrobial effectiveness of its individual components against all strains of microorganisms. |
