Abstract

Медична наука, як і медична освіта – найскладніші з наук сьогодення і, щоб досягти їх вершин і оволодіти ними, здобувачу вищої освіти необхідні не аби які старанність, бажання та мотивація, а також усвідомлення того, що кожен відповідальний за себе і лише від нього залежить реалізація мети стати лікарем. Студентоцентрований підхід (student-centeredapproach) розглядає здобувача вищої освіти медичного закладу вищої освіти, як суб’єкта з власними унікальними інтересами, потребами і досвідом, спроможного бути самостійним і відповідальним учасником освітнього процесу. Викладач – фасилітатор в освітньому просторі має потенціювати розвиток у здобувача освіти Soft skills («м’які навички», «соціальні навички» чи «навички успішності»). Це дозволить випускникам медичних ЗВО бути успішними на своєму робочому місці та конкурентоспроможними, соціально адаптованими спеціалістами.

From the point of view of obtaining higher education, acquiring knowledge and acquiring skills, a teacher-facilitator (NPP) is one who helps the student of medical education to understand the purpose of his education and maintain the positive dynamics of his own development in the formation of soft skills to achieve this goal. education. The training of applicants should be focused on selfdevelopment and self-improvement of each future doctor on the basis of their own actions, and the diagnosis of his competence should become self-diagnosis and self-analysis, based on the latest knowledge.
