Гистоструктура тканей зуба при экспериментальном флюорозе

Abstract

Изучены гистологические изменения в сформированных и постоянно растущих зубах крыс в возрастном аспекте, а также при различных степенях флюороза. При І-ІІ степенях флюороза отмечены участки гиперминерализации твёрдых тканей зубов и полнокровие сосудов пульпы. При ІІІ степени флюороза отмечены участки рассасывания дентина и сетчатая атрофия пульпы. В растущих зубах крыс изменения были более выраженными по сравнению со сформированными зубами; On 59 albino mice of different age a study was made of histological changes in the dental tissues in fluorine intoxication. There were changes in the incisors and the molars in persons of all the ages studied; however, they were less pronounced in the molars. In the sexually mature rats with the I—II degree of fluorosis there were revealed areas of hypermineralization in the hard tissues of the teeth; an increase in the number of odontoblast rows and vascular congestion were found in the pulp. Rats with the III degree fluorosis displayed a prevalence of the areas of resolution with structural distur¬bances; foci of hemorrhages, edema, vacuolization of the odontoblast layer and reticular atrophy were noted in the pulp.
