Abstract: The influence of kidneys peptide complex on the expression of the surface receptors of lymphocytes in the conditions of the blokade of extracellular calcium We have studied the connection between the natural peptide complex of the kidneys cortex realization effects on the expression of the membrane markers of the lymphocytes and the extracellular calcium level. There was determined a dosis-dependent decrease in the level of the CD3, CD4, CD8, CD23 and surface immunoglobulins in the presence of extracellular calcium binding by ethylendiaminotetraacetate (EDTA), the regrouping decrease of the receptors in the form of caps and patches. The B-cells carrying the immunoglobulin molecules and CD23 (Ig E-receptor) there was a most sensitive for decrease of extracellular calcium. The addition of the kidneys cortex peptide complex to the incubation medium promoted the restoration of the initial immunoglobulin molecules, CD3, CD4 expression level and even assisted to the its increase (using the dosed peptide complex 0,12 and 0,5 mkg/ml). The natural kidneys peptide complex intensified the lymphocyte surface molecules expression, blocked by the preceded calcium binding by the EDTA. Consequently, the realization of the effects of the kidneys peptide complex on the lymphocyte surface membrane molecules is not connected with the entrance of extracellular Ca.
