| Abstract: | The article gives assessment of efficiency of the preparation ct-lipoic acid (Berlition) in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis patients. Pathogenetic foundation of the medication consists in its capacity to influence on metabolism of hepatocytcs. It was stated that Berlition promotes regeneration of product content of lipid peroxidation and antioxydant protection, normalisation of biochemical indices and decrease lythogenic bile parameters. |
