Abstract: | Дослідження вмісту аденіинуклеотидів у тканинах тонкої кишки білих щурів при гострій фтористій інтоксикації свідчать про значне зниження вмісту АТФ і АДФ та як наслідок - зменшення енергетичного потенціалу, збільшення вмісту АМФ та неорганічного фосфату. Одноразовий сеанс гіпербаричної оксигєнації (ГБО) сприяє нормалізації цих показників; Studies of the adeninnueleotide content in the tissues of the albino rats’ small intestine under conditions of acute fluoric intoxication are indicative of a considerable decrease of the ATP and ADP content as a consequence of a decrease of the energetic potential (EP), increased AMP content and inorganic phosphate. A single procedure of hyperbaric oxygenation (НВО) favours the normalization of these criteria |
