Наш опыт оптимизации инструментария, используемого при удалении ретенированных третьих моляров нижней челюсти

Abstract

Проведен детальный анализ технических трудностей, встречающихся при оперативном вмешательстве по поводу ретенции третьих нижних моляров, а также описаны методики усовершенствования хирургического инструментария с целью решения этой проблемы; Детально проаналізовано технічні проблеми, які виникають під час видалення ретенованих нижніх третіх молярів, та описані методи вдосконалення хірургічного інструментарію, що застосовується під час такого втручання;.The article is devoted to the problem of surgical treatment of retention of teeth. The removal of impacted and partially impacted lower third molars is difficult, and sometimes it’s very challenging task even for an experienced surgeon dentist. Anatomical features of retromolar of the lower jaw and the distal position of the third molar teeth in the dentition with small surgical field, the presence in the oral cavity at the time of intervention tools the surgeon and the assistant to create a very difficult environment for manipulation. The correct choice of methods of operation and special tools greatly facilitate the work of the surgeon, reduce the duration of the intervention, the volume of operative trauma, and therefore the risk of postoperative complications, which upon removal of impacted third molars occur relatively frequently. Many years of practical experience suggest that the traditional set of dental surgical instruments used in such cases, do not always meet the emerging technical challenges. For example, while surgical access different hooks are usually used. Due to the thickness of their working parts they cannot be injected under the flap to ensure a secure fit. In the end – flap constantly slips out from under the hook of an assistant. When working in such cases with a drill, there is a threat of a winding-edge flap on rotating boron, which often happens during careless movements in conditions of poor review. This article describes improvements of surgical instruments used in such procedures.
