Abstract: The authors dedicated their work to analyzing the typological aspects contribution into Chronobiology study in part the ethnic, gender, ethno-gender and ethno-age ones as well as their own results on individual minute assessment in UMSA International students from various countries with its further comparison in the week different days. The authors emphasized that circadian rhythms study has an applied significance at obesity, cardio-metabolic problems, prostate cancer among rotating-shift workers, breast cancer in the workers in night time, sleep problems, diabetes mellitus, asthma, dyssomnias (old people do want to sleep in the afternoon but don't want to sleep in the night because of epithalamus problems with the cycle "sleep-awakefulness" further disturbances), hypercholesterolemia, arterial hypertension, colorectal cancer  in shift-workers, plasma insulin responses study, in Sport Medicine and during professional diseases development.
