Фасилітація, як один із методів педагогічного навчання іноземних мов у закладах вищої освіти України

Abstract

У статті розглядаються проблеми навчання, їх методи, поєднує професійну підготовку і особистісний розвиток майбутніх медиків. Фасилітація — це один із методів, який допомагає полегшити процес спільного прийняття рішення. Особливо корисним як метод, стає під час навчання в різних умовах і є дієвою продуктивною технологією в управлінні педагогічними методами у закладі вищої освіти України. Основний зміст якої, вкладається у положення-висловлювання фасилітатора. Фасилітатор- викладач перетворює процес викладення інформації у зручний і легкий для всіх її учасників, допомагає групі зрозуміти мету й підтримує позитивну групову динаміку для досягнення цієї мети у процесі дискусії, не захищаючи при цьому жодну з позицій.

The article examines the problems of training, their methods, combines professional training and personal development offuture doctors. Facilitation is one method that helps facilitate the shared decision-making process. It becomes especially useful as a method during training in various conditions and is an effective and productive technology in the management of pedagogical methods in the institution of higher education o f Ukraine. The main content of which is included in the position-statement of the facilitator. Facilitator-teacher turns the process of presenting information into a convenient and easy one for all its participants, helps the group to understand the goal and supports positive group dynamics to achieve this goal in the discussion process, without defending any of the positions.
