Метою дослідження було вивчення зональних особливостей епітелію твердого піднебіння людей зрілого віку.
The epithelium of hard palate of the human has precise zone features, which caused by functional load. The attributes of keratinization are determined in sutural and regional zones. The least thickness of an epithelial layer in sutural zone, greatest - in fatty. Connective tissue’s papillas penetrate from 1/3 up to 2/3 thiknessof an epithelial layer. In sites, which test the minimal mechanical loading the maxim al thickness of basal layer cells is defined.
