Документ Face Asymmetries in the UMSA students with various asymmetry individual interhemispheric profile(Kharkiv National Medical University, 2010) Chernenko, O.; Fazeli, Niaki Morteza; Tkachenko, E.; Korobkin, S.; Korobkina, A.; Ткаченко, Олена ВікторівнаAsymmetry represents important adaptation factor for changeable non-favorable environmental conditions. Sinistrality belongs to such a phenomenon rate, and importance of which got increased during latest years (sinisterі amount together with ambidexters is approximately 20%). It is clear now that sinisters have their own diseases and states (hypersexuality and homosexuality, dyschronoses, logoneuroses in part), other diseases have peculiarities in them (tendency to recidivating, harder and atypical course as well as lethal end bigger percentage). Only nowadays there is a real beginning for special devices usage for left-handers in dentistry. Upper extremities and face asymmetries belong to the ones that are easily to be assessed. It is known that face asymmetry is minimal or even disappear right before the death. Right profile is one, left profiles are multiplied if one takes into account combination of other indexes applied for human individual profile assessment (leading finger, eye, Napoleon’s probe, applauding probe).Документ Pain perception in the Ukraian and Iranian students with various temperament type(КГМУ им С. И. Георгиевского, 2011) Fazeli, Niaki Morteza; Tkachenko, Elena; Ткаченко, Олена ВікторівнаWe assessed temperament type in 54 Iranian and 54 students (by Eysenck questionnaire) and its influence on pain perception. 27 choleric Iranian students possessed less pain threshold and thus higher pain sensitivity than 27 cholerics from Ukraine. 13 sanguinics from Ukraine and Iran did not exhibit valuable difference in pain perception. 7 phlegmatics and 7 melancholics from Ukraine had significantly bigger pain sensitivity comparatively to the Iranians same amount. These data make desirable human temperament taking into account while anesthesia performance to the patients.Документ Pain threshold determining in the Umsa students from Iran, Syria, palestina, Iraq and Sudan writing with right and left hand(КГМУ им С. И. Георгиевского, 2011) Ayatollahi, Behzad; Tkachenko, Elena; Fazeli, Niaki Morteza; Sartipi, Hamed; Mahmmoudi, Ali; Shadfard, Alireza; Maarefdoost, Mina; Forghani, Seyed Mohammad; Ткаченко, Олена ВікторівнаWe have performed our investigations in UMSA students of all courses both of medical and dental faculties from Iran (54), Syria (13), Palestine (18), Iraq (18), Sudan (18). There were 80 left-handers and 46 right-handers among them. Pain threshold was the lowest in the Iranians, then follow the students from Sudan, the Syrians, the students from Iraq, the Palestinians. Independently on the country left-handers possessed less pain threshold than the right-handers and this difference was maximally valuable in the Iranians. Also the left-handers had less pain threshold on their face left half while the dexters - on the right ones. This difference was maximally valuable in the students from Iraq. We do hope that given data can help in stress assessment in students from different countries (because pain can be considered as a stress marker), in their better adaptation to new life conditions, new mental and physical regimens.Документ Personal anxiety determining prospects in dentistry(КГМУ им С. И. Георгиевского, 2011) Shadfard, Alireza; Tkachenko, Elena; Fazeli, Niaki Morteza; Mahmmoudi, Ali; Sartipi, Hamed; Ткаченко, Олена ВікторівнаUsually stress intensiveness is not assessed for helping the students and the patients. We propose using a test of a personal anxiety of Spilberger for this on the base of our results received. This test demonstrated valuable differences in dental department Iranian, Arabic and Ukrainian students before modules (exams) passage and during them with indexes increase at modules or exams passage (bigger difference was observed during session because of bigger material preparing for several exams than for one module). The maximal anxiety has been demonstrated by the Ukrainians, the middle one - in the Arabics and the minimal one - in the Iranians at all courses. The investigated group was 75 students (equally from 3 regions). Also this test showed statistically significant differencies in the Poltava Regional Hospital 25 patients before and during anesthesia performance.
