A.Currently, in Ukraine, the incidence of gunshot wounds of the musculoskeletal system is more than 70% of all combat injuries, with the trauma of the extremities taking the first place among all sanitary losses at the front. In order to understand the genesis of pathological changes when the shoulder joint capsule is involved in the inflammatory process (adhesive capsulitis, humeral periarthrosis, traumatic injuries, contractures, etc.), a comprehensive knowledge of the topographical and anatomical features of the nerve distribution in the joint capsule is required.
