    Features of modern communication in the language space

    Aim: to analyze traditional approaches to impact analysis Internet technologies and other technical means for the processes of accelerated development of the information society are presented in the works of K. Castells, D. Bell, E. Toffler and others (method of theoretical research); to prove that they not only do not pay due attention to the basic factors of the language space, but also actually bypass the analysis of the role, opportunities and tasks of the language space in the processes of globalization of social development. The use of technology implies simplification and facilitation, which naturally constitutes new principles of using language to convey information.

    Review of local history literature dedicated to the chernobyl tragedy

    The purpose of this work is to analyze the local lore literature of Poltava region, which reminds of the Chernobyl tragedy and the events of those dark days and months, which warns the living from new mistakes in working with the "living" atom. Thus, to solve this problem, we conducted an analysis (method of theoretical research) of publicly available publications used (materials of social services of Poltava region, books by local authors, publications in the media).
