    Thrombocytopenias and thrombocytopathies distinguishing features in Morocco while typological aspects taking into consideration

    Disturbances in morphological-functional thrombocytic indices are met rather often in Morocco. The disorders can be primary or hereditary and secondary or acquired as well as quantitative and qualitative. The authors analyzed ethnic, ethnic-gender, ethnic-age and ethnic-gender-age typological aspects contribution in platelets’ structural-functional peculiarities in the Moroccans. They paid attention to thrombocytopenias and thrombocytopathies peculiarities in Morocco taking typological aspects into consideration. Materials and methods: A literary review of scientific sources for 2020-2025 concerning to platelets pathologies in Morocco. Quantitative (Willebrand disease, congenital amegakaryocytic thrombocytopenia, platelets’ integrin receptors anomalies, constitutional thrombocytopeny, idiopathic thrombocytopeny, immune thrombocytopeny) and qualitative problems (Glanzmann thrombasthenia) with platelets were found to be representing serious health issues in Morocco with significant positive correlation of their development to typological aspects.

    Studying the typological aspects’ impact on human organism functioning in norm and disease represents an actual branch of theoretical and applied Biology and Medicine. The authors analyzed ethnic, ethnic-gender, ethnic-age, ethnic-gender-age typological aspects as well as interhemispherical asymmetry individual profile. They were found to be concerning to social factors impact on human organism, as well as pathological conditions’ distribution and Moroccan peculiarities. The authors assessed the typological aspects contribution into social factors and morbidity patterns (in inflectional diseases, Pediatry, Neonatology and Adolescent Medicine, Oncology) in Morocco while performing the literary review of scientific sources for 2021-2024 concerning to social factors (smoking, media improper usage) impact and pathological conditions’ distinguishing features in the Moroccans.
