    The ideal picture of marriage and family in the opinion of ukrainian students

    The presented text describes the sociological research among Ukrainian youth studying in Poland. The article describes the image of an ideal marriage and family model that Young people are supposed to create in the future. The research shows that three basic family models can be distinguished among the surveyed students. The first is a traditional relationship and a traditional family. The second model is currently the most advanced in European countries, i.e. partnership. The third model is a free relationship which the young rather do not want to formalize, and professional activity is more important to them than having a child.
