The article defines and characterizes the directions of implementation of innovative management of educational institutions of all levels: innovativeness of the pedagogical activity of the teacher/lecturer of the educational institution; innovativeness of the organizational and managerial activities of the head/heads of the structural divisions of the educational institution (educational management); innovativeness in working with stakeholders; innovativeness in creating an educational environment of an educational institution. The implementation of the direction "innovativeness of the pedagogical activity of the teacher/lecturer of the educational institution" direction is ensured by the actualization factors of the introduction of innovations ("Labor Market", "Digitalization of society", "Integration", "Quality of education" factors) and the stimulation of the creation of innovative author's methods of training students in the educational institution. The implementation of the direction "innovativeness of the organizational and managerial activities of the head/heads of the structural divisions of the educational institution (educational management)" involves: increasing the capabilities of the teaching staff of the educational institution due to changes in its organizational culture; strategic planning of the development of the educational institution (developing a new strategy or making changes in order to take into account modern realities and challenges); application of the triad of methodological approaches "project approach-process approach-resourceoriented approach"; application of modern technologies of educational management; application of the corporate knowledge management system. Implementation of the direction "innovativeness in working with stakeholders" involves: creating an innovation network for coordinating relations in the process of stakeholder interaction; formation of a base of educational and management cases for accumulation, generalization, systematization of knowledge and practice of successful educational top management, development of online courses for dissemination of stakeholders' experience; organization of meetings-interviews/supervisions with stakeholders on the basis of the educational institution for educational managers and teaching staff; cooperation of educational institutions with pedagogical higher education institutions, scientific institutions, educational public organizations, etc.; application of partnership pedagogy in educational management, in particular, organizational and management principles of partnership pedagogy in an educational institution. The implementation of the direction "innovativeness in creating an educational environment of an educational institution" involves: the creation and development of a comfortable educational environment of the educational institution for all participants of the educational process (healthpreserving, psychologically supportive, resource-oriented comfort zones); educational consulting; original pedagogical workshops of an effective teacher; coworking technology; leadership focus groups; development of the digital component of the educational environment of the educational institution.
