Термін користування незнімними протезами в практиці ортопедичної стоматології

Abstract

By the basic reasons, which result in reduction of terms of use of fixed artificial limbs are of caries and its complication, breakage bridge prosthesis, inflamation processes of periodontium, regional parodontium, decemetation of crowns. The purpose of work was study of qualitative parameters of prosthetic appliance and terms of usage by fixed prosthesis, which maked in clinic of orthopedic stomatology of Poltava regional stomatological polyclinic. Us were analised parameters of restoration of chewing efficiency at 130 patients (38 men and 92 women), which have addressed in orthopedic department during 2000- 2002 years and with which on medical parameters the fixed designs were removed. 141 fixed prosthesis, from them 101 (79 %) metal, 23 (20,7 %) combined and only 7 (3 %) plastic were withdrawn. The received data show on non-observance of rules and requirements to manufacturing, are not taken into account individual features of a structure and condition of bodies of a cavity of a mouth at use of the same design. At non-observance of a correct leaving behind of prosthesis and all cavity of a mouth the fixed prostesis can result in occurrence of sources of a chronic infection.
