dc.description.abstractTaste plays a key role in human life, influencing the quality of food products and the pleasure of eating. In modern conditions, the food industry widely uses additives and presser vatives that can negatively affect health, particularly increasing the risk of developing cancer. This study focuses on the effect of a complex of food additives, such as monosodium glutamate, sodium nitrite, and Ponceau 4R, on the functioning of the adrenal glands in rats.
