Аналіз зв’язку І/D поліморфізму гена ангіотензин-перетворюючого ферменту з розвитком внутрішньошлуночкових крововиливів у передчасно народжених дітей

Abstract

Наведено результати визначення І/D поліморфізму гена ангіотензин-перетворюючого ферменту (АСЕ) у передчасно народжених дітей (n=50) та здорових доношених новонароджених (n=38). Розподіл немовлят за ІІ, ІD та DD варіантами АСЕ гена у передчасно народжених дітей становив 26,0 %, 54,0 % та 20,0 %, а у здорових доношених новонароджених – 39,5 %, 44,7 % та 15,8 %, р=0,404. Розвиток внутрішньомозкових крововиливів у передчасно народжених дітей достовірно асоціювався з генотипом DD (OR 6,938; p=0,050). Одержані дані підтверджують потенційну роль генетичних факторів, у тому числі варіацій АСЕ гена, в патогенезі тяжких ВШК.

Prospective observational study included preterm infants (n=50) admitted to the neonatal intensive care units of children’s hospitals of Poltava region. Control group consisted of healthy term infants from the same region (n=38). Both groups of patients were genotyped for the insertion/deletion polymorphism of the ACE gene. Intraventricular hemorrhage were compared in patients with II, ID, and DD genotypes of the ACE gene. Associations between different ACE genotypes and risk of intraventricular hemorrhage were analyzed. Distribution of infants in relation to the three variations of ACE gene I/D polymorphism was identical in the study (26,0 %, 54,0 % and 20,0 %) and control groups (39,5 %, 44,7 % and 15,8 %, р=0,404). Severe intraventricular hemorrhage was significantly associated with DD genotype (OR 6,938; p=0,050) while no associations with II and ID genotypes were found. Results of the study confirm the potential role for genetic factors, variations of renin-angiotensin system, in the pathogenesis of intraventricular hemorrhage.
