Особливості організації навчання на післядипломному етапі в закладах вищої медичної освіти

Abstract

Структура навчального процесу на кафедрі післядиломної освіти лікарів- стоматологів ортопедів складається з навчання лікарів-інтернів за фахом „ Стоматологія ", слухачів різних циклів. Навчання всіх цих груп не може відбуватися в однакових умовах і вимагає диференційованого підходу викладачів. Навчальний процес із лікарями-інтернами спрямований на їх становлення як самостійних спеціалістів, розвиток самостійного клінічного мислення, змогу орієнтуватися і працювати в умовах стрімкого розвитку науково-технічного прогресу. Практичні заняття зі слухачами мають на меті підвищити рівень їхніх знань з урахуванням умов сьогодення, допомогти лікарям адаптуватися і працювати на високому сучасному рівні.The structure of the educational process at the Department of Postgraduate Education of Orthopedic Dentists consists of the training of interns in the specialty "dentistry", students of different cycles. The training of all these groups cannot be conducted in the same conditions and requires a differential approach of teachers. The educational process with interns is aimed at becoming them as independent specialists, developing independent clinical thinking, being able to navigate and work in the conditions of rapid development of scientific and technological progress. Practice sessions with trainees should aim to increase their level of knowledge, taking into account the current conditions, to help physicians adapt and work at a high modern level.
