Роль куратора у процесі оптимізації соціальної адаптації студентів медичних спеціальностей закладів фахової передвищої освіти

Abstract

Проаналізовані основні завдання, функції та напрями роботи, які здійснюються педагогом-куратором у процесі фасилітаційної взаємодії зі здобувачами освіти в межах особистісно-орієнтованого освітнього процесу; досліджені організаційні умови соціальної адаптації здобувачів освіти до навчання у закладі фахової передвищої освіти та найпоширеніші форми роботи куратора зі студентами в період адаптаційної кризи.The article denes the content and place of the phenomenon of facilitation in humanistic-oriented pedagogical activity. The main tasks, functions and directions of work performed by a curator during the facilitation process interaction with students within the personality-oriented educational process are analyzed. The key problems faced by future medical workers when adapting to a new educational space are revealed. The inꎁuence of the adaptive abilities of the individual on the activity of the process of his comfortable psycho-emotional integration into the academic team is determined. The standard criteria necessary for a curator to make an accurate assessment of the level of adaptability of both the individual and the academic group as a whole are outlined. The organizational conditions of social adaptation of students to study at vocational education institutions and the most common forms of work of the curator with students during the adaptation crisis are investigated.
