Abstract

Complex kwantal and antioxydative therapy was administrated to 55 patients with stable an g ina on effort associated with chronic cholecystitis, who were resistant to traditional methods of therapy. The given above therapy shows a satisfactory effect on the clinical course of the main disease as well as on the associated pathology of hepatobiliary system in 89% of cases. This therapy can improve the reological characteristics of blood, microcirculation, contractional and relaxational function of myocard, which leads to normalisation of main and regional hepatic blood circulation in patient with ischemic heart disease associated with chronic cholecystitis.
