Wspomaganie rozwoju dziecka z zespolem downa w przedszkolu -aspekty metodyczne i prawne

Abstract

Дитина з порушеннями й вадами розвитку має право на гідне життя і повагу, а також на здорових і повноцінних однолітків. Обмеження в розвитку не визначають його/її як людину. Дитина з синдромом Дауна має особливі освітні потреби. Завдання польської державної установи - дати можливість якомога раніше розпочати підтримку її розвитку, забезпечити доступ до освіти, медичних послуг і соціальної допомоги. Виявляється, що незважаючи на безліч правових рішень у сфері підтримки розвитку дитини, на практиці багато питань залишаються невирішеними. До найбільш значущих належать: покращення міжвідомчої співпраці між Міністерством народної освіти і Міністерством охорони здоров’я, забезпечення впорядкованої роботи з дитиною в дитячому садку (а не поза ним), скорочення часу очікування на спеціалістів або збільшення фінансових ресурсів на реабілітацію і терапію дітей.A child with developmental disorders and deficits has the right to a dignified life and respect, as well as his healthy and fully fit peers. Developmental restrictions do not define him as a human. A child with Down syndrome has special educational needs. The task of the Polish state institution is to enable it to support development as early as possible, access to education, medical services and social assistance. It turns out that, despite many legal solutions in the field of supporting child development, in practice there is a lot to do. The most significant issues include: improving inter-ministerial cooperation between the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Health, securing ordered activities with the child in the kindergarten (and not outside of it), shortening the waiting time for specialists, or increasing the financial resources for rehabilitation and therapy of children.
