Вплив іонізуючого випромінювання на резистентність організму осіб, що брали участь в ліквідації наслідків аварії на ЧАЕС

Abstract

We studied The state of health of persons taken part in the liquidation of the Chernobyl catastrophe and those not taking part in it with the analysis method of the data of the first desease stage in accordance with nosologic groups of diseases (1990-1996) on the basis of the International classification of WHO of the Nihth Reexamination. The research carried out showed that radiation influences people in some period of time as the result of CAEPS catastrophe. The data on general sick rate being analysed during 7 years (1990-1996) a conclusion was made that general sick rate as well as in liquidators and other categories has a tendency to increase. But the structure of sick rate has evident differences. The health state of liquidators is characterised by the disease grouth of blood and blood producing organs which is 2,6 times higher (that is 13 times higher than the same data of the population in general), endocrine system 5 times higher, nervous system and sense organs 5,5 times higher, blood circulation system 1,5 times higher, psychiatric disturbances 1,69 times higher.
