Клінічні результати лікування еруптивного гінгівіту комплексом із пробіотичною дією у дітей.

Abstract

У статті наведені результати комплексного лікування еруптивного гінгівіту в двох групах дітей, які спостерігалися протягом 6 місяців. Отримані результати дозволили встановити, що гігієна порожнини рота та стан тканин пародонту після лікування запропонованою методикою мали кращі показники ніж при традиційному лікуванні. Запропонований метод лікування дозволяє досягти ефективних та стабільних клінічних результатів; В статье приведены результаты комплексного лечения эруптивного гингивита в двух группах детей, наблюдавшихся в течение 6 месяцев. Полученные и сопоставленые результаты позволили установить, что гигиена полости рта и состояние тканей пародонта после лечения по предложенной методике имели лучшие показатели, чем при традиционном лечении. Предложеный метод лечения позволяєт достигнуть эффективных и стабильных клинических результатов; Among dental diseases, periodontal diseases are the most widespread according to WHO (World Health Organization) data, about 80% of children have signs of this disease. Periodontal diseases which present eruptive gingivitis cause negative influence on the organism in general, in particular on digestive function, psychoemotional function, assists in responsiveness decrease to inflectional action and other ones, cause its hypersensitivity and allergization. Topicality of the paper describes that dysbiosis presents diseases of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity. It is also known the content of supragingival dental plaque causes gingivitis formation. But the question of diagnostics and dysbiosis prevention has not determined and described yet in children at different forms of gingivitis. The aim of the investigation was to study clinical effectiveness of complex use that included antiseptic drug «Angilex», probiotics «BioGaia Prodentis» and additionally multivitamin preparation «KiddiPharmaton» during eruptive gingivitis treatment in children at the age of 6-12. Clinical effectiveness for eruptive gingivitis treatment in children by antiseptic drug «Angilex», probiotics «BioGaia Prodentis» («BioGaia», Sweden) and multivitamin preparation «KiddiPharmaton» («Boehringer Ingelheim», Switzerland) was done. The investigation was done from 2014 to 2015 at children’s dentistry chair of postgraduate education department of Higher State Educational Establishment of Ukraine “Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy”, children’s municipal clinical polyclinic of Poltava. The method of treatment was done by such way: during clinical diagnostics of eruptive gingivitis in children professional teeth cleaning was done, children were studied oral hygiene techniques, and a course of 5 applications (onlays) of antiseptic drug «Angilex» was used during 5-7 days. Control teeth cleaning were also done before each application. Multivitamin preparation «KiddiPharmaton» in 5 ml once per day during 1 month was prescribed after treatment by antiseptic drug; 1 lozenge of «BioGaia Prodentis» was also prescribed for children. The course lasted 1month. 32 people at the age of 6-12 years old were involved in the investigation. The study of effectiveness was done comparing clinical indices of gum inflammation (Fedorova-Volodkina index; papillary-marginal-alveolar index; bleeding index between patients with eruptive gingivitis who got topical treatment (the first group, 16 people) and the second one (16 people), in which «BioGaia Prodentis» and «KiddiPharmaton» were additional prescribed. Indices for each group before treatment were not different. Changes of clinical indices were determined in 30 and 60 days of the investigation. Dynamics of indices demonstrated minor duration of treatment of eruptive gingivitis during proposed preparation use. This method of treatment of eruptive gingivitis is favorable for children, because it uses for prevention, acts for clinical effectiveness use, it doesn’t have side effects.
