Abstract

Спосіб просочування (імпрегнації) дентину каналу кореня зуба хімічними речовинами, які глибоко дифундують в його стінки, муміфікуючи органічні рештки пульпи центрального каналу та численні відгалуження його верхівкової ділянки. Ці речовини швидко проникають в недоступні для антисептичної, інструментальної обробки твердих тканини каналу кореня, денатурують білки пульпи зуба та ущільнюють ділянки некрозу, перешкоджаючи їх подальшому розпаду, запобігаючи розмноженню патогенної мікрофлори і подальшому рецидиву запальних процесів періодонта.

Methods of percolation (impregnation) of the dentin of the tooth root canal with chemicals substances that diffuse deeply into its walls, mummifying organic remains of the pulp of the central canal and numerous branches of its apical area. These substances quickly penetrate into the hard tissues of the root canal that are inaccessible for antiseptic, instrumental treatment, denature the proteins of the tooth pulp and seal areas of necrosis, preventing their further decay, preventing the reproduction of pathogenic microflora and further relapse of periodontal inflammatory processes.
