Локальні рівні прозапальних та супресивних цитокінів при перитоніті

Abstract

У дослідження було включено 90 пацієнтів з серозно-фібринозним перитонітом. Групу контролю склали 15 пацієнтів, у яких не було запалення черевної порожнини. Результати дослідження встановили, що перитоніт призводить до високої активності запального процесу на локальному рівні. У пацієнтів з перитонітом в порівнянні з контролем спостерігається достовірне (р < 0,001) збільшення локальних рівнів прозапальних (ІЛ-1β, ІЛ-6, ФНП-α) та супресивних (ІЛ-10, ТФР-β) цитокінів; В исследование было включено 90 пациентов с серозно-фибринозным перитонитом. Studies have shown that proinflammatory mediators in both the serum and peritoneal fluid and their correlation are very important for diagnostics. High levels of these mediators may be indicators of post-operation complications or of death caused by peritonitis. The authors studied 202 patients and concluded that the seriousness of peritonitis increased with concentration levels p < 0,01 of IL-6 (p < 0,025), TNF-α (p < 0,01), СRP (p < 0,033), IL-10 (p < 0,0001) and IL-13 (p < 0,0001). Other researchers defined the levels of IL-1, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 and INF-γ in the plasma and peritoneal fluid of 66 patients with secondary peritonitis. Correlation data analysis did not elicit a connection between the levels of cytokines in the blood and in the peritoneal fluid. IL-10 level was considerably high (p = 0,04) in patients without causing death. There is practically no data on reciprocal connection between proinflammatory and suppressive cytokines in the peritoneal fluid during post-operative inflammation (peritonitis) in surgery patients.
