Manuscipt presented for defence contains the findings of complex examination and therapia of 442 cases of ulcer of duodenum. It is determined that the criteria of effectiveness of therapia parallel with healing of ulceraus defect are sanation of mucous membrane of a stomach and duodenum from Helicobacter pylori and normalization of immune Status of the organism, which determine the duration of clinicoendoscopic remission. The most effective method of therapia of duodenum ulcer, which makes it possible to achieve prolonged remission is the associative use of immunomodulating medicines with the intraduodenal introducing of medicamental mixtures of pharmaco- and phyto preparations.
