L can influence NF-kB inflammatory cascade, but the mechanisms of anti-inflammatory activities of L remain to be determined. In animal models L influenced an activity of Sirtuin l(SIRTl). Moreover, recent evidences strongly suggest that SIRT1 up-regulation may serve as a potent therapeutic approach against development and progression of diabetic complications. The aim of this study was to investigate L effects directed on the pro-inflammatory NF-kB pathway and expression of SIRT1 in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM).Документ Peptides bound to MHC class I molecules induce signal transduction by these molecules(Allergology and Clinical Immunology, 2002) Kaidashov, I. P.; Ryabenko, V. V.; Kaidasheva, E. I.; Nozhinova, О. A.; Vesnina, L. E.; Кайдашев, Ігор Петрович; Рябенко, Вікторія Вікторівна; Кайдашева, Єльвіра Іллівна; Ножинова, Оксана Анатоліївна; Весніна, Людмила ЕдуардівнаEarlier we have found out that peptides extracted from peptide-binding groove of MHC class I and II molecules possess their own physiological activity. This physiological activity is directed lo antigen presentation and other cell luiiciions. We have extracted lisstie spccillc MHC class I peptides from thym spleen, kidney, liver, heart and blood vessels.
