Peptides bound to MHC class I molecules induce signal transduction by these molecules

Abstract

Earlier we have found out that peptides extracted from peptide-binding groove of MHC class I and II molecules possess their own physiological activity. This physiological activity is directed lo antigen presentation and other cell luiiciions. We have extracted lisstie spccillc MHC class I peptides from thym spleen, kidney, liver, heart and blood vessels.
