Документ Dynamics of students' fitness level while differentiating physical education classes in accordance with their health and nosology of diseases(Aluna Publishing, 2021-03-26) Griban, G. P.; Kuznіetsova, О. T.; Lyakhova, N. A.; Prystynskyi, V. M.; Oleniev, D. G.; Otravenko, O. V.; Pantus, O. O.; Ляхова, Наталія ОлександрівнаThe aim: Is to study the dynamics of students' physical fitness level while differentiating physical education classes in accordance with their somatic health and nosology of diseases. Materials and methods: The paper presents the results of a study of the dynamics of the physical fitness indicators of students in the process of physical education. The study involved 660 students between the ages of 17 and 25. Testing of students' physical fitness was performed using the method of control measurements. Research methods included the theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical observations, testing, pedagogical experiment, and the methods of mathematical statistics. Results: At the end of the experiment, the students of the experimental groups (both male and female) showed authentically (р<0.05–0.001) better indicators of the control tests than the students of the control groups. Conclusions: It was established that the introduction of the original program of differentiating classes in accordance with the level of students' somatic health and nosology of diseases into the process of physical education has a positive effect on their physical fitness level. This will help to improve their learning and future professional activities.Документ The influence of Tae-bo on the development of motor potential of students of medical and pedagogical specialtes and its efficiency in the process of extracurricular activities(Aluna Publishing, 2022) Shkola, O. M.; Otravenko, O. V.; Donchenko, V. I.; Zhamardiy, V. O.; Saienko, V. G.; Tolchieva, H. V.; Донченко, Вікторія Іванівна; Жамардій, Валерій ОлександровичThe aim: The purpose of this article was to study the impact of Tae-Bo on the development of motor potential of students and its effectiveness in the process of extracurricular activities. Materials and methods: The experiment was conducted in the conditions of the educational process. An experimental group was formed, which was engaged in the traditional educational program of physical education and additionally three times a week, attended training in Tae-Bo. The control group was engaged in the traditional educational program on physical education in HEI. The following methods were used in the work to solve the research tasks: method of analysis and generalization of literature; surveys, questionnaires; methods of pedagogical observation and experiment; method of testing indicators of physical fitness; methods of mathematical statistics. Results: When comparing the indicators of external manifestation of physical qualities of students of control (n = 60) and experimental (n = 60) groups at the end of the formative experiment, statistically significant differences (p <0.05 and p <0.01) were recorded in tests to determine coordination, strength, endurance, flexibility. Conclusions: Thus, the introduction of a developed Tae-Bo training system in the extra-curricular process of HEI students contributed to the positive development of their motor abilities. Experimental work allowed to determine the place and role of modern Tae-Bo training in the extra-curricular process of HEI students.
